Where’s Rocko? (“the Site,” wheresrocko.com) is part of Rocko’s World and is operated by Rocko’s World (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re a kid, please use the Site with a parent or guardian’s okay. Parents and guardians are responsible for how their children use the Site.

Using the Site

The Site is free for personal, family, and educational (including classroom) use. Please don’t try to break, hack, overload, scrape or misuse it, guess other people’s game codes, or use it in any unlawful way. We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

Friend games

Friend games are private and invite-only. Only share an invite link or code with someone you know. Invites and games expire automatically, and we may close a game at any time.

Our content

The games, artwork, characters (including Rocko and Penny), songs, music, stories and text on the Site belong to Rocko’s World or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may play and enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use, and you may print coloring pages for your family or classroom. Please don’t copy, sell, redistribute, or make derivative works from them without our written permission.

Rocko Pals

Rocko Pals plush and their adoption tags may come with their own terms when they go on sale. An adoption code is meant for the person who has the plush. Please keep it private, and don’t share or sell codes on their own.

Advertising

The Site has no ads today. We may add kid-appropriate, non-personalized ads in the future to help keep it free. If we do, the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other sites, including rockosworld.com for grown-ups. Sites we don’t run have their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fun and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that saved progress in your browser will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocko’s World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is free, so our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.

Changes

We may change the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Rocko’s World is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
